We welcome you into an old Vosges farmstead lovingly restored, in the heart of 3 hectares of unspoiled nature. The living springs, the forest and the silence are part of the stay. The Finnish sauna, the pool and the timber facilities bring a discreet wellness dimension — without ever stepping outside the spirit of the place.
Our packages pair the accommodation with authentic experiences rooted in Vosges heritage: encounters with craftspeople, tastings from local producers, evenings of tales and legends, ancient heritage trails to explore freely. The intention: to reveal the living traditions of the Vosges, without turning them into folklore.
Three accommodation options
These are the three accommodations at the Domaine, which you will find on the Accommodation page:
- The whole Domaine — the Gîte de la Forêt, the Gîte de la Plaine and Le Moulin together, with the outbuildings: up to 21 people
- Gîte de la Forêt — the forest-side wing, 9 people, with access to the sauna and the pool
- Gîte de la Plaine — the plain-side wing, 6 people, with access to the sauna and the pool
- Le Moulin — the standalone accommodation, 4 to 6 people, with access to the sauna (time slots) and the pool

Indicative rates in mid-season: surcharge of 15 to 25% in high season, discount of up to 20% in low season. Children under 6 are welcomed free of charge.
The Charming Escape
A weekend for two, between springs and forest
A pause for two to reconnect, far from everything. Le Moulin, the pool and the sauna away from prying eyes, a free walk on the ancient heritage trails of la Bure, and a terroir dinner served by candlelight.
The programme
- Friday evening — personalised welcome with a welcome basket of Vosges products: farmhouse munster, local charcuterie, artisan jams, farmhouse apple juice. Private Finnish sauna session (2 h in the late afternoon).
- Saturday morning — enhanced breakfast delivered, then a free walk (itinerary provided on arrival) to the Celtic Camp of la Bure: 30 minutes’ walk, views over the valleys.
- Saturday evening — terroir dinner delivered to Le Moulin, 3-course menu, local products.
- Sunday — breakfast, extended brunch on the terrace, departure at your leisure.

Tales & Terroir
An evening by the fire, among the legends
A weekend where you take your time. An evening by the fire, the Domaine’s book of Tales & Legends in hand, a terroir dinner served at the farm’s big table, and a morning discovering the farmhouse cheeses of the valley.
The programme
- Friday — welcome and settling in, aperitif of Vosges products. In the evening, an evening of tales and legends by the fire — the Domaine’s book of Tales & Legends is yours to keep — followed by a rustic dinner served at the farm.
- Saturday morning — enhanced breakfast, free time at the Domaine: sauna, pool, walking.
- Saturday afternoon — guided tour of the Ferme de Xéfosse: goats, munster making, tasting.
- Saturday evening — free dinner at the gîte, or a terroir meal to order. (In preparation for summer 2027: a discovery evening in Plainfaing — a tour of the snail farm Les Escargots du Sotré and of the Ferme de Xéfosse, with the option to dine on site. Details to come.)
- Sunday — breakfast, departure at your leisure.

Vosges Immersion
The complete weekend in the traditions
Our signature package. Three days of immersion in Vosges heritage: living crafts, farmhouse gastronomy, tales and traditional music. The ideal weekend to switch off with extended family or friends.
The programme
- Friday evening — personalised welcome, welcome basket, evening of tales and legends by the fire (the Domaine’s book of Tales & Legends is yours to keep).
- Saturday morning — enhanced breakfast, free walk to the Celtic Camp of la Bure (itinerary provided on arrival).
- Saturday afternoon — woodcarving discovery workshop at the Domaine, led by Atelier R & L (Saint-Michel-sur-Meurthe).
- Saturday evening — themed gourmet dinner at the gîte, 4-course terroir menu.
- Sunday morning — breakfast, visit to the Ferme de Xéfosse (goats and cheese dairy).
- Sunday afternoon — free time at the sauna, the pool or the garden, or a walk on the Sentier des Passeurs. Free dinner at the gîte.
- Monday — breakfast, departure at your leisure.

Roots & Craftsmanship
A week at the rhythm of the Vosges
A full week for those who really want to settle in. The whole farm, several generations together, and the time to meet the craftspeople, visit the neighbouring farms and taste the terroir. The “slow holiday” format par excellence.
The programme — 5-night base, extendable up to 7
- Day 1 — arrival, settling in, welcome aperitif, free dinner at the gîte.
- Day 2 — morning of woodcarving at the Domaine with Atelier R & L, free afternoon at the wellness area (Nordic bath, sauna, heated pool).
- Day 3 — terroir day: morning at the producers’ market, afternoon bread-making workshop at the Domaine’s bakehouse.
- Day 4 — visit to the Ferme de Xéfosse in the morning (herd, making and tasting), free afternoon at your own pace.
- Day 5 — evening of tales and legends by the fire, guided by the Domaine’s book.
- Day 6 (optional) — free day: a discovery outing in Plainfaing with Les Escargots du Sotré (in preparation) or a site of your choice in the valley.
- Day 7 (optional) — free time, wellness, getting ready to leave.

Seminar Retreat
The place to think differently
A private site for your team, away from urban demands. An equipped work room, managed meals, a team-building activity within the local heritage. The retreat format with a soul.
The typical programme — 2 days / 1 night
- Day 1, morning — welcome coffee and pastries, settling in, working seminar in an equipped room: screen, professional Wi-Fi, whiteboard.
- Day 1, lunch — terroir buffet delivered by a local caterer.
- Day 1, afternoon — resumption of the seminar, or a team-building activity: craft workshop, escape game at the Manoir aux Légendes, or a walk on the heritage trails.
- Day 1, late afternoon — group sauna session, private time slots.
- Day 1, evening — gourmet dinner at the gîte, 4-course menu, pairing of dishes with terroir juices as an option.
- Day 2, morning — enhanced breakfast, closing work session.

The Enchantment of Legends
A weekend to dream as a family
The package designed for families with children. The weekend where the Vosges become the playground of goblins, fairies and fantastic creatures. A storytelling evening around the brazier, tasty workshops and a treasure hunt, and a gift booklet to carry the magic home.
The programme
- Friday evening — personalised welcome, presentation of the booklet “Fantastic Creatures of the Vosges” to each child, free dinner at the gîte.
- Saturday morning — enhanced breakfast, then a baking workshop in the bread oven (€15/pers.), fun and educational, which children love.
- Saturday afternoon — free time at the Domaine: sauna (parents), pool, garden.
- Saturday evening — evening of tales and legends around the brazier (moving to the games/cinema room if the weather turns), by the light of the fire, on the local Vosges legends: Dahut/Darou, the Beast of the Vosges, the fairy Polybotte, the Houéran and Hiltiti.
- Sunday morning — enhanced breakfast, treasure hunt around the Domaine, departure at your leisure.

Seasonal experiences around the brazier
The shared summer kitchen — brazier, bread oven, plancha, barbecue and a sink fed by the mountain’s spring water — is the heart of convivial evenings at the Domaine. Around ten stools and standing barrel tables, four experiences bring the Vosges traditions to life through the year, plus a fifth that works in any season.

Terms and conditions
Booking
- 30% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arrival
- Book directly on our site: 10% discount compared with the platforms
- Tourist tax charged in addition and paid to the local authority
- Security deposit: €500 for the whole Domaine, €300 for a gîte, €200 for Le Moulin
Minimum stays
- Whole Domaine: 3 nights at weekends, 7 nights during school holidays
- Gîtes de la Forêt and de la Plaine: 2 nights at weekends, 7 nights during school holidays
- Le Moulin: 2 nights at any time
Cancellation
- Low season: free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival
- Mid and high season: free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- Beyond that, refund according to the progressive schedule detailed in our terms and conditions
