Atelier R & L — wood carving
In Saint-Michel-sur-Meurthe, Atelier R & L carves solid wood with the gouge. A sculptor comes to the estate for our demonstrations, tasters and full-day courses: everyone leaves with their own piece, wood and tools provided, drink included. The gesture, the tool and the material explained simply — accessible from the very first time.
Ferme de Xéfosse — farm and cheese dairy
In Plainfaing, Ferme de Xéfosse opens its doors: meet the herd, discover cheese-making and enjoy a tasting. A short, lively visit, ideal for families, at your own pace from the estate.
Fromagerie des Hauts Prés — Louis Martel
In Housseras, Louis Martel makes Vosges farmhouse cheeses at the Fromagerie des Hauts Prés. His cheeses feature in our welcome hampers and tastings — local dairy know-how, a few minutes from the estate.
